Trust Deed

This Deed establishes Te Atiawa (Taranaki) Settlement Trust to act, amongst other things, as the Mandated Iwi Organisation of Te Atiawa Iwi for the purposes of the Maori Fisheries Act 2004 and to act as the Iwi Aquaculture Organisation for the purpose of the Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Act 2004. This Deed sets out the functions and purposes, and provides for the control, governance and operation of Te Atiawa (Taranaki) Settlements Trust.
