TREATY OF WAITANGI CLAIM - Terms of Negotiation

The Terms of Negotiation agreed

The Terms of Negotiation has been agreed bewteen TAIA and OTS.   The Terms sets out the guidelines for and topics to be covererd during negotiations.   

This is an important step as it marks the beginning of the negotiation process.  

The Terms will be signed by TAIA and the Crown on 17 Marxh 2010 at Owae Marae, Waitara.
