2009 AGM Held
The AGM began (approriately ) with a light fish lunch.
The purpose of the AGM was for TATST and the company - Te Atiawa (Taranaki) Holdings Ltd - to report to Te Atiawa as required by the TATST Trust Deed. The following were presented:
* TATST and Company Consolidated Accounts
* TATST Chair's Report
* 2010 Annual Plan
* Company Chair's Report.
As there was an election in progress to elect three trustees, an opportunity was provided for the nominees to address the meeting and members were able to cast their votes. Provisional results of the election were presented at the end of the meeting.
Documents are avaliable to Te Atiawa members on request and by contacting administration - taia@xtra.co.nz.
The meeting was attended by about 50 people .
Final results of the election are published under a separate item.
The 2010 AGM will be held in the last weekend of January 2011.
